FILTERING CELLS "CS" TYPE |

They are strong filtering cells at medium efficiency and they are
composed of a self extinguishing (F1class according to DIN 53438) synthetic
filtering media, kept by two zinc-plated wire nets (mesh 12x12 mm) and boxed
into a 6/10 mm galvanized steel frame. |

APPLICATIONS
|
They are used for fan-coil, air treatment units, warm air generators,
ventilation equipement of machines and as prefilters to filters having higher
performances (like LOM-BAG pockets filters, rigid pockets or activated carbon
filters). |

FEATURES |
According to EN 779 Standards, the
filtration classes are G 4 for filters with 23 and 48 mm thickness and G 3
for filters having 12 mm thickness. See the Table. |

INSTALLATION & SERVICE |
The CS filters can be installed into
C-shaped guides or into holding frames at frontal access. Replace or
regenerate the cells once having reached a resistance of 200 Pa. Clean by
shaking (in case of rough and dry dust) or by counter current air or by warm
water and cleaning agent. |
